Delivery Methods
Our products are shipped via a partnered express courier service.
We deliver throughout Romania and to EU countries.
Delivery Time
Orders that are placed and confirmed are processed within 1–3 working days.
Estimated delivery times are:
- 3–5 working days within Romania
- 7–15 working days within the European Union
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the courier and destination.
For domestic deliveries within Romania (Sameday and Fan Courier), shipping fees are calculated automatically by the courier system at checkout, based on destination and weight.
For international deliveries with DPD, shipping costs are also dynamically calculated by the courier at checkout, depending on destination and parcel specifications.
For GLS shipments (Ireland and selected EU countries), we apply a fixed shipping rate.
The final shipping fee is always displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery Conditions
All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Upon delivery, please check the integrity of the parcel. In case of any damage, it must be reported to the courier and mentioned in the delivery report.
Unclaimed Orders
If a parcel is not collected within the timeframe specified by the courier, it will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange a possible reshipment (subject to an additional shipping fee).
