At Atemporal, we want every experience to be a pleasant one. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the product you purchased, we offer the possibility to return it under the conditions below.

1. Return period
Products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, without the need to provide a reason.
This policy complies with the provisions of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights and applicable Romanian legislation.

2. Return conditions
In order for a return to be accepted, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, washing, or damage.
  • The original packaging and product labels must be intact.
  • The return must include proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email).

3. Return process
Please send an email to office@atemporalstudio.ro with the subject “Return request” and include the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Product you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional)

Carefully pack the product for shipping.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will initiate the refund process within 7 working days.
Refunds are made exclusively via online payment methods, using the bank account provided by the customer, and the amount will be returned to the card used for payment.
Initial delivery costs are non-refundable.

5. Defective or incorrect products
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at office@atemporalstudio.ro or at +40 734 985 389 within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. In this case, return costs will be covered by us, and the product will be replaced or fully refunded.

6. Size exchange
If the ordered product does not fit your size, please contact us at office@atemporalstudio.ro or at +40 734 985 389 within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
In this case, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. After receiving and checking the returned product, we will prepare and ship the requested size.
