Our products are shipped via a partnered express courier service.
We deliver throughout Romania and to EU countries.
Delivery Time
Orders that are placed and confirmed are processed within 1–3 working days.
Estimated delivery times are:
- 3–5 working days within Romania
- 7–15 working days within the European Union

Shipping costs are fixed and vary depending on the destination country. The applicable shipping fee is displayed at checkout before payment.

European Union
Hungary: 70 RON
Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Slovakia: 80 RON
Croatia, Poland: 95 RON
Greece, Ireland: 110 RON
Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, France, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Netherlands: 115 RON
Finland, Portugal, Sweden: 155 RON
We currently deliver internationally only to the countries listed above. The applicable shipping fee is automatically displayed at checkout based on the delivery country.
Delivery Conditions
All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Upon delivery, please check the integrity of the parcel. In case of any damage, it must be reported to the courier and mentioned in the delivery report.
Unclaimed Orders
If a parcel is not collected within the timeframe specified by the courier, it will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange a possible reshipment (subject to an additional shipping fee).
